These terms apply to bookings made with Top Tint Customs, 242 Brownhill Road, Catford, London SE6 1AU, online, by phone, by WhatsApp or in person.
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. The final price depends on your vehicle and is confirmed before work begins. If the price changes, we will ask for your agreement first.
Most services are secured with a £30 deposit taken when you book. The balance is due when the work is complete. Number plates are paid in full when ordered. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
You can move or cancel a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred or refunded. Deposits may be kept if a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not attend.
UK law sets minimum light transmission for the windscreen (75%) and front side windows (70%). We will advise on legal options. If you ask us to fit film outside these limits, you accept responsibility for its use on the road.
Road legal plates can only be supplied on production of a V5C (or other proof of entitlement) and photo ID. We cannot supply plates without these documents.
Please remove valuables before your appointment. Let us know about any existing damage when you drop off your car.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
