What we collect

• Vehicle details such as make, model, year and registration
• Booking details and notes
• Payment status (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us)
• Basic website usage data, if you accept analytics cookies

Why we use it

To manage your booking and deliver the service (contract), to send confirmations and reminders (contract), to meet legal requirements such as number plate record keeping (legal obligation), and to improve our website (consent, for analytics).

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, booking and email systems, and IT suppliers who process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing info@toptintcustoms.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
