Cookies are small text files a website stores on your phone or computer. Some are needed for the site to work. Others tell us how the site is used, and we only set those if you agree.
These are always on because the site cannot work properly without them. They do not track you for advertising.
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| moove_gdpr_popup | Top Tint Customs (GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so the banner does not keep appearing | 1 year |
| apbct_antibot | Top Tint Customs (CleanTalk anti-spam) | Checks that visitors are real people, which protects our booking and contact forms from spam bots | Until you close your browser |
If you log in to the website’s admin area (staff only), WordPress also sets its own login cookies. Customers never need to log in.
These are off until you click Accept or switch them on in cookie settings. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can improve the site.
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Tells one visitor apart from another so visits can be counted | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_HPSH60JGQF | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your current visit (session) for our reports | Up to 2 years |
Google explains how it uses this data in its guide to how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Our home and contact pages show an embedded Google Map so you can find the workshop. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads or when you use it. We do not control these cookies. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
You can change your mind at any time. Click the Cookie settings button in the bottom corner of any page, then switch analytics on or off and save. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the site, such as the booking form, may not work properly if you block the necessary ones.
Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect, including booking details, and how to contact us about it.
