When you book online, your request goes straight to our Catford workshop. We check the details, then confirm your slot by phone or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours during opening times.
Have your car make, model, year and registration ready. For number plates, bring your V5C logbook and photo ID on the day, as required by the DVLA rules. Uploading a photo of your car helps us prepare the right film, paint or plates.
You can pay at the workshop, or we can send a secure payment link when we confirm your booking. If you need to change or cancel, call 020 8137 9933 or message 07951 616101 as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Booking on the website lets you see our services and prices in one place, choose a time that suits you, and add notes or photos about your car. It also means we can prepare the right tint film, paint colour or plate style before you arrive, so the job starts on time.
Number plates take around 20 to 30 minutes, rear window tint about 1.5 hours and a full car about 3 hours. Alloy wheels and caliper painting usually take most of the day, and we will give you a collection time when we confirm.
You can combine services in one visit. Choose your main service in the form and mention anything extra in the notes, such as caliper painting with alloy wheel refurbishment, or new 4D plates with window tinting. We will plan the timing so everything is finished together and confirm the total price before we start.
For window tinting, clear the rear parcel shelf and remove any stickers you want to keep. For alloy wheels and caliper painting, make sure we have your locking wheel nut key. For number plates, bring your V5C logbook and photo ID.
